Aaron has over 25 years’ experience working in IT and cybersecurity, with more than 15 of those focused on critical infrastructure and power utilities.

He spent almost 10 years working for a power generator in Texas, where he is based -- building an OT team, and working to secure and deploy a cybersecurity program across a fleet of generation sites. During that time, his team implemented technology at more than 40 sites and learned a lot about the struggles of doing cyber in an OT space.

He took that knowledge to then take on a role at EY, helping other asset owners build and implement large scale OT cybersecurity programs.
