Solutions Architect (US)

Summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Solution Architect supports the pre-sales cycle by securing the “technical close” of the overall sales engagement. The Solution Architect collaborates with members of the sales, product management, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and address any concerns of key customer technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
    Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Ensure post-sale implementation is a success by coordinating transition with services team.
  • Maintain close working relationship with key account representatives to ensure on-going customer success, such as awareness of new features, self-service training opportunities, new integrations and more.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of sales or sales engineering experience in the ICS/OT space or a background either in ICS technical training or ICS service delivery
  • Experience with ICS monitoring solution deployments
  • Four year college degree in engineering or computer science from an accredited institution a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Native language experience a plus

Managing Director of Channel Sales (UK/EU)

Summary

Reporting to our VP of OEM and Channel Sales, the Managing Director of Channel Sales will be responsible for the management of Industrial Defender partnerships in the UK/EU region as well as the Identification and recruitment of new channel partners in the UK/EU region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing Industrial Defender partnerships in the UK/EU region.
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within the UK/EU region.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage UK/EU sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with the competitive trends in the UK/EU region.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing.
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings and trade shows.
  • Deliver $3 million USD in bookings annually.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years successful track record of enterprise solution sales
  • Cybersecurity experience a plus
  • Experience working / living in the UK/EU region
  • MBA a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Native language experience a plus
