Business Development Representative (Global)

Summary

We are looking for a talented business development representative who will play a critical role in growing the Industrial Defender customer base. You’ll be responsible for supporting organizational revenue goals by nurturing and converting inbound leads from marketing, as well as conducting external prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Convert qualified inbound leads to opportunities from all marketing channels in HubSpot
  • Prospect research, qualification and demo setting for both inbound and cold leads
  • Conduct meaningful, productive conversations with individuals representing the buyer personas targeted by the organization
  • Work within a fast-paced, high growth sales and marketing environment
  • Set 10-15 demos per month for our sales team in North America and EMEA
Requirements
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally in a high growth B2B tech business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, loves to research, qualify, and reach out via telephone and email
  • Positive team player
  • Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce a must

Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of the customer
  • Define and own the product roadmap, developing best-in-class products while balancing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders; continually evolve the roadmap and strategy to meet both short and long-term goals
  • Define actionable product requirements in collaboration with engineering teams in an iterative and incremental Scrum environment.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the NPI (New Product Introduction) process
  • Take a hands-on approach to understanding customers by gathering feedback from the market and stakeholders to constantly improve product features and quality
  • Collaborate with Sales on high priority demos, RFI/RFP responses and POCs
  • Engage cross-functionally with product groups, sales engineering, solution architects and champion recent releases and guide future product direction
  • Be responsible for internal and external communications regarding the product
  • Partner with Marketing to bring visibility to the product and features most relevant to customers
  • Create and maintain product documentation
  • Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information regarding competitive activity

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Product Management. Experience in leadership and management positions a plus.
  • Strong technical background, particularly in cybersecurity, familiarity with industrial control systems and/or network security a big plus

Solutions Architect (UK/EU)

Summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Solution Architect supports the pre-sales cycle by securing the “technical close” of the overall sales engagement. The Solution Architect collaborates with members of the sales, product management, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and address any concerns of key customer technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
    Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Ensure post-sale implementation is a success by coordinating transition with services team.
  • Maintain close working relationship with key account representatives to ensure on-going customer success, such as awareness of new features, self-service training opportunities, new integrations and more.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of sales or sales engineering experience in the ICS/OT space or a background either in ICS technical training or ICS service delivery
  • Experience with ICS monitoring solution deployments
  • Four year college degree in engineering or computer science from an accredited institution a plus
  • Experience working / living in the UK/EU region for the UK/EU role
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Native language experience a plus

Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a Senior level SQA engineer to join our world class Product Development team. Industrial Defender is the leader in OT cybersecurity, and is the most comprehensive solution available today.

You will work closely with members of the development, product management, and documentation teams to ensure the quality of the overall solution. Specific focus will be given to the messaging, data transport, and data processing for our multi-tier OT Security offering. We follow an agile process to ensure high quality and timely releases.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the customer requirements and translate them into verifiable test cases.
  • Develop, estimate, maintain, and execute test plans for each release, including “end to end” testing.
  • Test install, upgrade, migration, and backward compatibility all while ensuring data integrity.
  • Verify the operation of redundant and multi-tiered systems.
  • Help develop and review documentation for new and updated features.
  • Test hardware configuration including RAID, NIC ordering, bonded interfaces, and Firmware settings and compatibility with supported versions.
  • Verify the operation of third party integrations.
  • Make sure that devices are properly hardened against attack.
  • Report status and spread knowledge to the rest of the team.
  • Learn new features, develop a plan, test it, and help document it.
  • Maintain test assets (collateral).
  • Clearly communicate the quality of the release as it is being developed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable post-secondary education.
  • Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance.
