Content Marketing Manager

Industrial Defender’s Content Marketing Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and developing a wide array of content in a variety of formats. The CMM will develop, execute and manage the content strategy for emails, landing page copy, white papers, blog and other applicable content vehicles. The right candidate should be passionate about delivering quality marketing campaigns and able to reinforce and expand upon key messaging themes and value propositions, showcase the company’s expertise in industrial cybersecurity, and drive demand for the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate has impressive business acumen, technical writing skills and will strategically partner with technical teams to create content that brings context to their work and transforms jargon into meaningful messaging that resonates with target buyer personas. The candidate should be proficient in marketing automation, CRM tools, and preferably have experience working with a B2B cybersecurity company. The role reports to Industrial Defender’s COO and will be based in the Boston area.

Responsibilities

  • Create impactful content in various formats that resonate with target customers, supports key marketing, sales, and company-wide objectives, and reinforces Industrial Defender’s position as the market leader in industrial cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing team on content that tells the Industrial Defender story and drives all projects forward from digital campaigns to events, to product launches, and more.
  • Partner with our services team to conceptualize, coauthor, and edit thought-leadership articles, blog posts, white papers, and speaker submission materials that showcase their expertise and its importance in a manner that resonates with target buyer personas.
  • Manage cyber tradeshow selection and production including content outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing (cybersecurity background preferred)
  • Experience transforming technical product specifications and/or original research into impactful content that correlates with customers.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, research, and marketing teams to create content that reinforces value propositions and supports key objectives.
  • Proven experience driving content marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Be data driven, and able to work ongoing metrics reporting into the day to day.
  • Strong business-oriented and technical writing skills.

Channel Partner Manager

As Channel Manager you will work closely with Sales to build relationships with our partners, as well as create joint go-to-market plans and campaigns that stimulate shared lead activities, new customer acquisition, generate market awareness and support the growth of existing joint customers. Preference for a candidate with industrial controls or cyber security background.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create relationships within the industrial OEM technology eco-system.
  • Drive revenue and quota attainment through the Channel.
  • Align with our Content Marketing Manager on our joint programs and enablement for channel partners that have technical integrations with Industrial Defender.
  • Partner with our Events and Digital Marketing cohorts to drive in-person and online events on a local to global scale.
  • Collaborate with our sales organization to develop and execute partner enablement and training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in industrial or cyber security disciplines.
  • A strong channel affinity and enthusiasm to support partner programs
  • Experience collaborating across functions to drive the most value to partners
  • Proven experience driving joint marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working ongoing metrics to report out
  • The ability to convey the business and value proposition of technical product features
