His experience leading distributed teams and supporting large-scale sales efforts has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to scale technical organizations while maintaining quality and consistency.

Valentine’s entrepreneurial experience as co-founder and Vice President of Client Success at SignaCert adds another dimension to his profile. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring customer success through both pre- and post-sales support, while also influencing product strategy by bringing customer insights back to engineering teams. This experience reinforces his customer-centric approach, emphasizing the importance of continuous feedback and alignment between product development and user needs.

Throughout his career, Valentine has consistently operated at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer success. His roles at organizations such as CoreTrace, MessageOne, and Winternals/Sysinternals have involved managing technical sales teams, supporting strategic accounts, and delivering professional services.
