At Tripwire, he served as Vice President of Global Cybersecurity Sales and later as Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances, where he was recognized as a CRN Channel Chief multiple years in a row. In these roles, he was responsible for managing complex sales organizations, with diverse buyers ranging from operators to C-Suite, developing partner ecosystems across multiple nationalities and languages, along with driving revenue across diverse global markets.

Bagwell’s experience includes multiple successful exits, highlighting his ability to create and realize enterprise value. His expertise in EBITDA optimization, value stream mapping, and financial management enables him to approach revenue growth with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency, while navigating the complexities of company valuation.
