We seek an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Industrial Defender, focused on industrial cybersecurity, OT cybersecurity, and cybersecurity compliance solutions for critical infrastructure environments.

We seek an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Industrial Defender. You will work closely with the product development, sales, services, and marketing teams to ensure that requirements are well defined, prioritized, and communicated throughout the organization.

This is a virtual position and is open to candidates living in the United States and Canada.

Salary Range $140,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the requirements related to defense related customers and cybersecurity compliance
  • Serve as the customer representative
  • Work closely with the user experience team
  • Contribute to and help prioritize the product backlog
  • Create and maintain business and user persona definitions
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for product capabilities
  • Participate in periodic product and process retrospectives
  • Focus on release deliverables for the next 3 to 9 months
  • Support sales and marketing with content reviews and periodic updates
  • Participate in and create content for our annual user conference

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software product manager
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Availability to travel to customer sites & Foxboro, MA office

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in the OT or Electric Utilities industries
  • Experience with DoD or cybersecurity compliance fields
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
