Responsibilities

Be the voice of the customer
Define and own the product roadmap, developing best-in-class products while balancing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders; continually evolve the roadmap and strategy to meet both short and long-term goals
Define actionable product requirements in collaboration with engineering teams in an iterative and incremental Scrum environment.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Lead the NPI (New Product Introduction) process
Take a hands-on approach to understanding customers by gathering feedback from the market and stakeholders to constantly improve product features and quality
Collaborate with Sales on high priority demos, RFI/RFP responses and POCs
Engage cross-functionally with product groups, sales engineering, solution architects and champion recent releases and guide future product direction
Be responsible for internal and external communications regarding the product
Partner with Marketing to bring visibility to the product and features most relevant to customers
Create and maintain product documentation
Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information regarding competitive activity
Oversee the Product and UI/UX teams

Requirements

Qualifications

Skills

Minimum 5 years in Product Management. Experience in leadership and management positions a plus.
Strong technical background, particularly in cybersecurity, familiarity with industrial control systems and/or network security a big plus
Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
A skilled storyteller who can see the big picture and convey the essence of key product features in plain English
Move effortlessly up and down many levels of abstraction while communicating with different stakeholders
Strategic thinker: faced with any given scenario, can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues. Able to identify important signals and synthesize them to drive disruptive innovation.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and skills necessary to build and scale a lean start-up organization in a rapidly changing environment. You see ambiguity as an opportunity, and obstacles as chances to build.
