Threat Reporting Service

The Industrial Defender Threat Reporting Service is an on demand reporting service which provides customized summary reporting capabilities for customer process control / SCADA network environments. The Industrial Defender Threat Reporting Service requires a Security Event Management (SEM) console to be installed within the customer environment. The SEM will be configured to store events and alerts for the service period. These stored events and alerts will be relayed to the Security Operations Center (SOC) for processing. The SOC will process the events and alerts and produce a summary report and analysis of all relevant network activity. Customers will also receive a complimentary subscription to the Industrial Defender Global Threat Intelligence (GTI) report which provides a global summary of cyber security incidents and recommended best practices specific to the process control and SCADA market on a quarterly basis.
