Enbridge Selects Verano's Industrial Defender™ for Security and Performance Monitoring
Industrial Defender Watch Facilitates Protection of Nearly 35,000 Miles of Pipeline
in the United States and Canada

(TSX, NYSE:ENB), has selected Verano's Industrial Defender™ Watch for the real-time monitoring of its pipeline infrastructure security and system performance. Enbridge, a leading energy transportation and distribution company in the U.S. and Canada, operates the world's longest crude oil and liquids pipeline system.

Verano's Industrial Defender Watch has been integrated with the Enbridge supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) control system to ensure safe and efficient operation of its pipelines. This seamless integration allows personnel, in real time, to observe operation system integrity from a dashboard located within the confines of Enbridge's super-modern control room.

Watch, the first offering of Verano's Industrial Defender suite, is the first real-time security software and services package designed specifically for industrial control environments.
