Verano's Reliability Assurance Services
Reliability Assurance Services is an all-inclusive and integrated RTAP services package. It includes Performance Monitoring Services, System Administration Services and Technical Product Support to ensure optimal performance of the RTAP solution. Built on the capabilities of Verano's Industrial Defender, the first security and performance monitoring solution designed specifically for the real-time control environment, Performance Monitoring Services enable 24X7 real-time monitoring of installed RTAP systems. Once Verano experts deploy Industrial Defender at the customer location, it reports securely and remotely back to Verano's Operation's Center, where RTAP experts receive and respond to alerts. On a monthly basis, customers receive historical summary reports of the performance parameters of their RTAP system, along with expert analysis and recommendations by our system experts. Verano's Performance Monitoring Services are capable of monitoring every aspect of a SCADA system through the deployment of Industrial Defender's agents that reside at the host and real-time application level, enabling problems to be identified and reported immediately, resulting in improved performance and reduced costs.
In today's business world, the need for efficient administration systems is essential but sometimes overlooked. Verano's System Administration Services offer RTAP specialists who act as the customer's virtual system administrator.
